Office hours are by appointment only. The office is not open and/or available without making appointments. During the summer months I have more flexibility in meeting during the day time hours. However, beginning in August through early June, all appointments will be held only in the evening and on weekends.
Please note: You can always reach me through a confidential voice mail by contacting me at 315-367-8458. I routinely check my voice mail for messages and return all calls within 48 hours.
Service Fees are discussed, determined and agreed upon during the initial session.
Effective January 1, 2022, the "No Suprises Act" became effective to increase price transparency, reduce the likelihood clients receive a 'surprise' medical bill and provide consumers with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) which is a notification of expected charges for scheduled services. The GFE is meant to give consumers predictability of how much they will be charged for services provided prior to keeping an appointment or receiving any billable services. A GFE estimate will be provided during the initial consultation discussion about services.

Fees are based on a client-centered discount program that improves access to care and ensures that no one be denied assistance due to an inability to pay.
Fees are determined on a flexible scale based upon income, family size and type of service received and insurance status. The sliding fee program is applicable to all individuals.
You will receive all necessary information with your New Client Packet prior to your first appointment. If you have questions prior to scheduling an appointment, please do not hesitate in contacting me with your concerns. I am happy to work with you in achieving affordable care!
I do not participate with insurance billing at this time. However, upon request, a billing statement (superbill) can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed as it is dependent on the policies of your individual insurance. Please be sure to contact your insurance company PRIOR to services to gather this information!
Please feel free to discuss this with me at any time so that we may work together to best respond to your needs.
You will be expected to pay by cash/check*/charge for each session at the time it is held, unless you and I agree; in writing, otherwise.
Please note: *Any return penalties, or fees, incurred by me for a returned payment, will be covered by the client and no further checks will be accepted.
A receipt for all payments will be provided for your records.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advanced notice. If you have an illness or emergency, I understand it may not be possible to provide a 24-hour notice and I ask you notify me as soon as possible.
Any no-show appointment will be billed for the full cost of your scheduled appointment since I am unable to use this time for another client under such short notice. A no-show is defined as any appointment I do not receive a cancellation notification and you do not attend the session.
